What's a Mother To Do ????

Some of you guys might remember the post I did back in the spring time showing you Reegan's new room. Just look at these pictures.. I want to sleep in this room.

WARNING WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO SEE IS NOT FOR THE FAINT AT HEART!!!

For many.. many months now I have had to deal with this: I am at my Wit's end... I have been telling her for weeks that if she didn't start to pick up after herself I would come in with the BIG orange garbage bag and toss the junk then take away the toys she's not looking after. She cries does the usual I will keep it clean mommy etc., etc., I now fear it's time that I follow through with my promise. The only problem with this is finding the time to do this while she not in the house... If we try and do it together she proclaims everything is special even a scrape of paper that she found on the floor is special. Making it worst is when I question her about this scarp of paper she can tell me were she found it when she found who was with her when she found it and why it's soooo special. On top of changing diapers doing all my other stuff having to clean her room up only makes more work for me.. In the end I know it's the right thing to do... But honestly she's five shouldn't she be tidier????? ha ha
OK OK... wishful thinking on my part!!!

Hey Wendy, love the new hairdo!! Every month I find myself entering the kingdoms of doom(the girls' rooms)with garbage bags in tow. Most of the time they don't even miss the things, kind of tells you they have too much huh? McKenna will actually help me sometimes, she's a little easier to convince that she doesn't need the things more than Keely is, she sounds more like Reegan, it could be a bear at the bottom of the toy box she hasn't seen in a year, but it is her most favourite one! Oh well the tiding goes on!

Yeah.....I have a duaghter that can let her bathroom and bedroom get out of control too. Then when the threat comes of "your not going anywhere this weekend"....poof...it's like a genie walked through the door! lol
